OUR SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS MISSION

Do you know that the type of milk affects the absorption of antioxidants in matcha?

Dairy milk contains casein which binds itself into the antioxidant rich catechins found in matcha and prevents the absorption of these nutrients. What a shame to let all those goodies flush through, right?

In the cafe we only use barista quality oatm^lk for all matcha beverage. It's ridiculously creamy, nutty and hands down the best plant-based m^lk for matcha ever!

Plus, a light sprinkle of premium natural syrups. That's it. The simplest ingredients bring out the true flavor of pure matcha.
